At Cellar Rat Wine Merchants, we believe there should be a story behind every label. Every product is tasted & selected by our knowledgeable staff, and nothing is sold unless we like it ourselves.

We have a thoughtfully curated collection of more than 1,200 wines, 300 spirits, 200 beers, and much more. No matter your budget, we are able to accommodate with prices ranging from $5 to $500, including our famous $100 case!

Our priority is to help find the right product for you, and to have fun while we do it. Because, in the end, we drink to enjoy. Cheers!

We also offer public and private classes, wine tastings and events, so whether you want to learn and taste with a group of like-minded enthusiasts or desire a private guided wine tasting led by one of our experts, it's happening here.

When we host private events, we always aim to design an event tailored to your needs. Whether they are for a large corporation, a non-profit organization, or an individual, we work with you to create an atmosphere that will be lively, entertaining and educational.

Guardian / Newsprint Tasting with Jerry Reiner!

Jerry Reiner, Owner and Winemaker For Guardian Cellars & Newsprint Wines out of Washington State, will be here pouring his wine today! Since his and wife Jennifer Sullivan's first vintage in 2004, they have sought to create delicious, yet approachable, wines from Washington's finest vineyards. From the sandy soils of Conner Lee Vineyard, in the Columbia Valley; west to the petrified tree fossils lining the soil in StoneTree Vineyard, in the Wahluke Slope; southeast to the loam soils of Red Mountain, their vineyards are one of a kind!

There is no charge to attend this tasting, and no reservation necessary. Come by anytime between 4 and 6 PM!
