Our event space is a glass enclosed room with a large harvest table that seats a maximum of 12 people. For groups larger than 15, we are able to stage your food and wine on the table, buffet style and your group may mingle throughout the store, utilizing our unique space. A credit card is required to reserve, and we ask for a firm head count 48 hours prior to your event.

We offer several wine flight options for private in store tastings based on a group of up to 10 people in our private tasting room. If you are merely looking for a space to host a small gathering, that can be accommodated as well. We will offer as much or as little information about the wine as you wish and leave you to the space. Cellar Rat will choose the wine for your tasting and we are always happy to customize the wine and food to your preferences. Please email or call for pricing and availability.

If you choose to do a class the choice of topic is up to you but we are happy to offer suggestions. Cellar Rat will choose the wine for the class, and we will customize the presentation based on the interests of your group. Private classes are served cheese and crackers inclusively, and you are welcome to add food options from our small bites or a la carte menu. Please allow 48 hours’ notice for added food selections.

You may also choose to rent a wine professional to come to your event. This includes advanced consultation to help you choose which wines you would like to serve and our professional to come to your event for up to 2 hours. We can customize the theme for in-home tastings to your preferences and budget and are always happy to make suggestions. Please call our store for pricing and availability.
